Gwen FisherVP/Employee Engagement

Gwendelyn Fisher serves as Vice President of Employee Engagement at First Bank, where she leads programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of engagement, learning, and growth. She is passionate about helping individuals identify their strengths, build new skills, and achieve their professional goals while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Gwen has more than 20 years of banking experience, beginning her career as IT/Deposit Operations and Marketing Officer with Bucks County Bank. Prior to her current role, she served as AVP/Marketing Manager at First Bank.

Ms. Fisher earned an Associate of Specialized Technology (AST) degree in Computer Networking and PC Technology from Lehigh Valley College. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and United Way.
