David Roskowsky serves as VP/Branch Manager at First Bank, based in the Fairfield office. In this role, he leads daily branch operations, drives profitability and growth, and manages a team focused on delivering high-quality service and tailored financial solutions. David works closely with both individuals and local businesses, specializing in commercial lending and cash management services, while ensuring a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and customer experience.

David brings over 14 years of experience in financial services. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of roles, including Financial Services Associate at Prudential, Financial Services Representative at TD Bank, and Financial Consultant at Provident Bank. He began his career at First Bank in Denville as AVP/Branch Manager, played a key role in opening the Fairfield branch, and was recently promoted to VP/Branch Manager. His background reflects a strong focus on leadership, relationship-building, and business development. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from William Paterson University.

He is actively involved in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce. His professional achievements include receiving the 2025 Internal Service Excellence Award, as well as recognition for highest core deposit growth in 2022 at the Denville branch and in 2023–2024 at the Fairfield branch.
