Ed Clark serves as FSVP/Senior Operations Officer at First Bank, where he oversees all Operations for the organization. In his role, Ed focuses on optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and spearheads key initiatives such as card and wallet projects, as well as evaluating new host and online banking platforms.
Ed joined First Bank in August 2025, bringing more than 35 years of experience in banking. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles that have shaped his expertise in operations and strategic process improvement.
He earned his degree in Business Management from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York, and graduated with honors from the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.
Outside of work, Ed enjoys college basketball and considers March Madness one of the greatest sporting events ever created.
