Shane Jolly serves as VP/Network Manager at First Bank, where he is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Bank's network infrastructure. In this role, Shane focuses on maintaining security standards, optimizing system performance, supporting business continuity initiatives, and ensuring the reliability and resilience of the Bank's technology environment.
With 18 years of experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure and 14 years in the banking industry, Shane brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to First Bank's Information Technology team. Prior to joining First Bank, he served as a VP/Network Infrastructure Tech Lead at Citigroup in Rutherford, New Jersey, and as a Telecommunications Engineer at AT&T in Middletown, New Jersey.
Shane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering and is dedicated to leveraging technology solutions that support operational excellence, security, and innovation across the organization.
