Daniel Marovich serves as Branch Manager I at First Bank's Paoli office. In this role, he is responsible for driving branch growth through relationship banking, business development, and community engagement. Daniel works closely with consumers and business owners to provide tailored financial solutions while leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Daniel brings more than 20 years of banking experience to his role. He began his career at First National Bank in 2006 as a Teller and advanced into Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager positions. In 2012, he joined Susquehanna Bank as a Market Manager overseeing branches in Lionville and Phoenixville, and he continued in that capacity following the bank's merger with BB&T. In 2019, Daniel transitioned into business development and management roles with First Resource Bank and Citizens Bank before joining First Bank.

Daniel earned a degree in Marketing from Penn State University. He has been actively involved with numerous community organizations, including the West Chester/Exton/Ownington Chamber of Commerce, the Phoenixville Heritage Center, Schuylkill River Foundation, Phoenixville Education Foundation, Brandywine YMCA, and PAOL Business and Professional Association. Throughout his career, Daniel has received several recognitions, including Market and Branch Excellence Awards at Citizens Bank, Branch Achievement Awards at First National Bank, and a Market of Achievement Award at Susquehanna Bank.
