Elisabeta Dinca serves as First Vice President and Market Manager at First Bank, based in the Lawrenceville office. In her role, she focuses on driving business development, deposit and commercial loan growth, and overall market performance. Elisabeta works closely with branch teams and business bankers to execute strategic sales initiatives, grow referral networks, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong risk management and compliance standards.
Elisabeta brings 18 years of banking experience, with a career that spans leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Prior to joining First Bank, she served as Vice President and Branch Manager at Northfield Bank and held branch leadership positions at Santander US, PNC Bank, The Bank of Princeton, and Sovereign Bank. Her background includes sales strategy, team development, and branch operations, and she holds a certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, along with degrees in electrical engineering from institutions in Italy and Romania.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Elisabeta is actively involved in community and business organizations throughout the region. She currently participates in Business Network International (BNI) Business Synergy, Rotary Clubs in Montgomery Rocky Hill, the Princeton Mercer Chamber of Commerce, and several nonprofit boards and committees. Elisabeta has been recognized for her leadership and community involvement with numerous awards, including the Community Impact Award, the Fred Young Champion for Business Award, and the I‑LEAD Region Champion Award.
