Corey Townes serves as VP/ Branch Manager I at First Bank’s Cinnaminson branch. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of a full-service branch, leads internal sales and service initiatives, and is responsible for coaching and developing team members to achieve operational, sales, community, and customer service goals. Corey is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong relationships within the communities he serves.

Corey brings eight years of banking experience, including four years in branch management and leadership roles. Prior to joining First Bank, he served as Assistant Branch Manager at both Truist and Univest Bank & Trust. His career has been defined by a focus on team development, customer service excellence, and branch performance.

An active member of the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Corey is dedicated to building meaningful community connections throughout South Jersey. He is a graduate of a Leadership Certification Program and was recognized for Top Performance in Consumer Banking in 2024 at a previous institution. Corey is also a proud military combat veteran, bringing leadership, discipline, and a service-focused mindset to his role at First Bank.
