Cinnaminson, NJ Branch

Ellen Gaglianone is a VP/Branch Manager located at First Bank’s Cinnaminson location. She is responsible for coaching, training, evaluating, motivating, and empowering their team to be successful in their careers and sales goals & retention. She also oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, aiming to exceed deposit goals, retain and grow the customer base, manage sales campaigns, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in community events to increase visibility of First Bank.

Ellen has been in banking for 15 years, all of which were spent in his current field. Prior to joining First Bank, she held positions at Republic Bank, Fulton Bank, Branch & Market Manager at PNC Bank.

Ellen actively contributes to the community through volunteer work, including serving on Delsea Regional High School’s Board of Education and the board of Franklin Township Field Hockey. She received her Bachelor’s from Rowan University.
