Jessica DiRocco currently serves as Vice President and Branch Manager at First Bank’s Lionville branch. In this role, she leads the branch team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, while supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention of the branch’s client base and revenue.

With 18 years of banking experience, Jessica brings a deep understanding of retail banking and client relationship management. Prior to joining First Bank, she held various roles at First National, Susquehanna, and BB&T, where she progressed from a supervisory teller to Personal Banker, consistently prioritizing customer needs and service excellence.
