Media, PA Branch

Michele Mukalian serves as a VP/Branch Manager II at First Bank's Media office. In this role, she oversees branch operations, leads and develops team members, and works closely with consumers and businesses to deliver personalized banking solutions. She is also responsible for business development and actively represents the bank through networking and community engagement throughout Delaware County.

Michele brings 20 years of banking experience to her role. Prior to joining First Bank, she held branch leadership positions with Commerce Bank, TD Bank, Republic Bank, and Fulton Bank, building extensive experience in branch management, customer relationships, and business development.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and worked as a student broadcaster and news reporter for Temple's radio station, WRTI 90.1 FM. She is a member of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware County Attorney CPA Forum. Michele earned the Empower Business Advocate certification in 2025 and maintains active Notary Public and NMLS credentials.
