Julianne SillettiVP/Human Resources Supervisor

Julianne Silletti is Vice President and Human Resources Supervisor with First Bank. She is responsible for many functions within Human Resources, including overseeing the HR staff operations.

Ms. Silletti has been in banking for 11 years, 5 of which have been in her current field of Human Resources. She initially joined First Bank as a teller at our Somerset Branch, and pivoted to the First Bank Human Resources team later in her career.

Julianne earned an AAS degree in Marketing from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.
