Kimberly CerasiFSVP/Director of Human Resources

Kimberly Cerasi is the First Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Bank. She is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function and her HR team. She oversees the Bank's benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

A resident of Hamilton, New Jersey, Ms. Cerasi earned a Management Certification from Mercer County Community College in West Windsor, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Rider College in Lawrence, New Jersey.
