Kimberly PaceAVP/ Assistant BSA Officer

Kimberly Pace is an AVP/Assistant BSA Officer for First Bank. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the bank adheres to stringent regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, and Anti-Money Laundering laws. 

Kimberly has been a cornerstone in the financial industry for over three decades, with a specialized focus on BSA compliance for over 20 of those years. Her journey in the financial sector began in Retail Banking, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience. Over time, her expertise led her to the BSA field, where she has made significant contributions to banks like Newfield Bank and Parke Bank.

 Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and she is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.  Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly is deeply involved in giving back to her community. She has volunteered with various non-profit organizations and is actively involved in supporting special needs students at "The Arts of Dance Studio" in South Jersey and the Special Olympics in Trenton.
