Razie Dauti is a VP/Business Development Officer located at First Bank’s Morristown location. She is responsible for developing new business to fuel deposit & loan growth.
She has been in banking for 28 years, most of which were spent in her current field. Prior to joining First Bank, Razie held prominent positions with Investors Bank, New York Community Bank, and the Bank of New York.
She actively contributes to the community as a board member of the North Essex Chamber of Commerce, and has also been involved with the March of Dimes and the Albanian American Cultural Center.
