Andrew DeWese serves as a VP/Sr. Commercial Banking Consultant I at First Bank's West Chester office. In this role, he is responsible for developing and growing commercial banking relationships throughout the Pennsylvania market, helping businesses achieve their financial goals through tailored banking solutions and trusted advisory services.

Andrew brings 28 years of banking experience, including 25 years in commercial and business banking. Prior to joining First Bank, he held positions with First Union Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Legg Mason, BBVA, Chase, and PNC Bank, building extensive experience in business development, relationship management, and financial services.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rosemont College and an MBA from West Chester University. He has been actively involved in the community through organizations including the Lionville Youth Association, West Sugar Land Little League, March of Dimes, and Gift of Life. His achievements include being named Volunteer of the Year by West Sugar Land Little League in 2013 and receiving PNC's Circle of Excellence recognition.
