David OddoVP/Senior Commercial Banking Consultant

David Oddo serves as VP/Senior Commercial Banking Consultant at First Bank in the Denville office. He works across all lines of business with a focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and business development throughout New Jersey. David supports First Bank’s growth by building centers of influence, expanding commercial and consumer relationships, and identifying new lending opportunities. 

David brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and private banking. Before joining First Bank, he advanced to Managing Director at Peapack Private Bank & Trust and held VP roles at CSBK, Santander Bank, Spencer Savings Bank, and Wachovia Bank.

David is actively engaged in both his community and the regional business network. He has supported organizations such as the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association, and the Boys and Girls Club of Northwest New Jersey, and has been recognized for his leadership as Captain of the Sharing Network Foundation’s 5K and Golf Committee teams. Beyond his nonprofit involvement, David contributes to local business advancement through his role on the Business Development Forum for the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. He also previously served as Co‑Chair of the Small Business Council for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce.
