Carmen CaporrinoSVP/ABL Relationship Manager

Carmen Caporrino serves as Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager in the Asset-Based Lending group at First Bank. In this role, he focuses on delivering strategic financing solutions, managing complex credit relationships, and supporting clients with their ongoing capital needs. His work contributes to the continued growth of the Bank’s asset-based lending platform and reinforces strong, long-term client and advisor relationships.

Carmen brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial banking, with deep expertise in asset-based lending, portfolio management, and credit risk. Prior to joining First Bank, he held multiple leadership roles at M&T Bank, where he specialized in portfolio management and commercial credit. Throughout his career, he has also held senior positions at People’s United Bank, CIT, and Bank of America, consistently driving portfolio growth and maintaining strong credit discipline. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from William Paterson University and completed postgraduate studies in accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
