Donna Calderaro is the Senior Vice President and Market Executive of the Asset-Based Lending Group. She brings over 30 years of experience in specialty lending, having held various roles in collateral control, underwriting, portfolio management, and new business development.
In her current role, Donna oversees all aspects of the portfolio, drives new business development, and provides financing and treasury management solutions to Middle Market clients seeking working capital.
Donna is a recognized leader in the industry. She serves on the Board of the Secured Finance Network of New Jersey (SFNET), chairs both the Women’s Committee and the Education Committee, and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). In 2022, she was honored with the Women in Secured Lending Award in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the field.
