Drew Mitchell brings over 30 years of experience in retail, banking, and management, including 15 years specifically in the banking industry. As First Bank’s Market Manager for the Bucks County and South Jersey regions, Drew leads business development efforts focused on deposit and commercial loan growth. He also oversees branch sales performance, employee development, and operational excellence across his market.
Prior to joining First Bank, Drew held leadership roles at Fulton Bank as a Multi-site Manager, Republic Bank and Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager, and served as a District General Manager at Sears. He studied Music and Business Administration at Bucks County Community College and Business Management at Bloomsburg University.
Drew is deeply involved in his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Bucks County Technical High School Foundation for Education Excellence, and as a member of the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rotary, Montco Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. He also coaches Middletown-Neshaminy Baseball and previously served on the board of the Bucks County Performing Arts Center.
