Katherine Rowley serves as VP/Treasury Management Support and Escrow Representative at First Bank. She provides specialized support for treasury management services and oversees the Escrow/Rent Security platform, ensuring smooth operations and compliance for clients. Katherine plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the bank’s escrow initiatives.
She joined First Bank in December 2008 as the first branch manager of the Lawrence Office following the bank’s expansion into Mercer County. With an impressive 53 years of experience in banking, Katherine began her career as a Teller at Yardville National Bank and advanced through roles including Customer Service Representative, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. After retiring from her branch leadership role, she transitioned to part-time work as an Escrow Specialist, continuing to share her deep expertise.
Katherine studied Liberal Arts at Mercer County Community College and has completed specialized training in escrow and rent security platforms. Her career highlights include rising through the ranks from entry-level to senior leadership positions and contributing to the successful growth of First Bank’s presence in Mercer County.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys reading, playing Quoits in a league, and spending time with her four children and six grandchildren.
